🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy – GudSugar.in

At GudSugar, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality jaggery products with care and consistency. As we deal in perishable food items, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:

🚫 Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at contactus@gudsugar.in with your order number.

If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch:

Unfortunately, once the product has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for used or opened products.

Refunds are only issued if:

You receive a damaged or defective item

The product is different from what was ordered

To be eligible, please share photos/videos and your order number at contactus@gudsugar.in within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will issue a replacement or a refund (as per your preference) within 7 business days.

📦 Return Policy

As we deal in edible products, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🧾 Payment Refund Timeline

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days after approval.
