The website “Gudsugar” sells natural jaggery-based products under the brand “GudSugar.”

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at our sole discretion.

Orders may be canceled by us in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or system errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India via third-party logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping delays due to external factors (weather, logistics issues) are beyond our control.

4. Returns & Replacements

As we deal in food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images at [contactus@gudsugar.in].

5. Payment

We accept secure payments through Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

GudSugar does not store any payment information on its servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, graphics, and text — is the property of Dipraksm Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
