📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India.

For international orders or bulk exports, please contact us at contactus@gudsugar.in.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your pin code & location)

You will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

💸 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

₹49–₹199 for standard shipping below that, depending on your location

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you. You can use it to monitor the status through our courier partner’s website or app.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to festivals, bad weather, remote locations, or courier issues. We’ll keep you informed if so.

If your order is undelivered or returned due to incorrect address/contact details, we can reattempt shipping at an additional charge.
